3.2 Milestone-Based Projects

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable

3.3 Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime
  • No refunds for partially used billing cycles
  • Services remain active until the end of the subscription period

3.4 Digital Products & Software

  • No refunds after download, access, or delivery
  • Exceptions only for:
    • Major technical defects
    • Non-functional products (verified by our team)

3.5 Third-Party / E-commerce Platforms

  • Return and refund policies depend on the respective seller/vendor
  • NKBB Technologies is not responsible for third-party product returns

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled before project initiation
  • Partial refund if canceled after work begins, based on progress
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via official communication (email)

To request a refund:

  2. Include reason for refund
  3. Our team will review within 7–10 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Alternative methods may be used upon mutual agreement

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed project milestones
  • Custom-developed software
  • Consultation fees already utilized
  • Third-party service charges
  • Licensing or infrastructure costs

8. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will first be handled through mutual discussion
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of India
